Polygraph test

Voluntary lie detector examinations for workplace theft, disputes and screening.

Polygraph test

A polygraph records breathing, pulse and skin response while a person answers carefully framed questions. It is a structured interview tool that can narrow down an enquiry or settle a private doubt, and it is conducted only with the full written consent of the person tested.

What we do

  • Pre-test interview to explain the process
  • Questions framed with you in advance
  • Tests for theft, fraud and cash shortages
  • Tests in family and business disputes
  • Chart analysis and a written report

When people come to us

  • Cash or goods went missing and several staff had access
  • A family dispute needs a structured process
  • A company wants integrity screening
  • Someone wants to prove their truthfulness voluntarily

What you receive

A written report of the questions asked, the charts recorded and the examiner's opinion on each.

Questions

Is a polygraph accepted in court in India?

Under the Supreme Court's 2010 ruling in Selvi v. State of Karnataka, nobody can be forced to take one and the result alone is not admissible. A voluntary test can still guide an enquiry. We explain this before every test.

Can someone be tested without consent?

No. The person must agree in writing and can stop at any time.

Is my case kept confidential?

Yes. Your identity, what you tell us and what we find are shared only with you, or with whoever you name in writing.

Some things should not stay in the dark.

The first conversation is confidential and free of obligation.
